Scurrying between the kitchen and the bathroom, sorting out laundry and washing the girls' hair.

Sweet (night-night kiss from one of my daughters)

Not really

Nope - thong sandals (it's been remarkably hot for October)

5. When was the last time you went out of state?
Went out of the county/country when I went up to visit my Mum for her 80th birthday on the 28th Sep.

6. Have you been to the movies in the last 5 days?
Nope

7. What was the last thing you had to drink?
Mug of tea, I think. Am contemplating breaking out the decaff ground coffee for the cafetiere before I go to bed.

8. What are you wearing right now?
Aforementioned sandals (dark turquoise with little metal beads), black calf-length cotton fishtail skirt, black 3/4 sleeve boat-neck t-shirt (well I say black, it's faded to a dark grey).

9. What was your last purchase?
Choc bar (for me) and marzipan/choc bar (for husband) from Thorntons

10. Last food you ate?
Baked beans and sausage roll. We're gourmet diners in our house, we are.

11. Who was the last person you talked to on the phone?
My mum

12. Have you bought any clothing items in the last week?
Nope.

14. What did you do last night?
Watched tv with the husband. First time I've had a chance to do that for yonks.

16. If you could be anywhere you want where would it be?
Hmmm - maybe back at the Seychelles for a second honeymoon?

17. What is the last thing you purchased online?
A SD-cum-USB card for my PDA. And a shiny new monitor!

18. One thing you hate about yourself?
I have icky toenails

My Mum's chicken broth with pearl barley

20. Do you miss anyone?
Not really. There are friends I'd like to see more of, but I'm usually too busy to miss anyone.

21. Last movie you saw?
On tv? The kids were watching 'Ice Age' and 'The Last Mimzy'.
At the cinema: PotC3.

22. What are your plans for the day?
Drink coffee, check flist, look out stuff for tomorrow, go to bed

23. Did you have fun today?
It started off fairly horrible, as the kids were being stroppy about going to church and I felt really frazzled - it did improve later though (and younger daughter and I made big chinese lunch together), so yes, eventually.

25. Were you an honor roll student in school?
Well I was in the final six on the shortlist for Dux at school, so I guess that's roughly equivalent

26. What do you know about the future?
It will be busy

27. Who was the last person you rode in a car with?
My daughters. Last time as a passenger would have been my husband.

*snorts* No. I'm a Scot, my natural colour approximates to very pale blue.

30. How old do you want to be when you have kids?
Too late! Got 'em already.

31. Did you meet anyone new today?
Quite a few people at church I don't really know, but I only spoke to ones I knew already

32. Do you have any tattoos or piercings?
2 holes in left ear, 5 in right ear (mostly healed up). Bellybutton piercing. May contemplate a tattoo at some point in the future

33. How do you like your soda?
I don't. Unless it's ginger beer.

34. Do you like hot sauce?
Only if you mean curry

35. What are you doing tomorrow?
Working at office all day, teaching beginners' bellydance class in evening

Monday

Fairly calm, moderately cheerful

Depends what you mean by 'like'. If it means 'attracted to', then my husband and Edge would be on the top of the list :)

Married to someone

Because he's a sweetheart who makes me laugh and I love him to bits
