Ten years!!

Today is my 10-year LJ-versary. A whole decade since I set up my LJ account, I can hardly believe it's been all that time.

I've read innumerable fics; written a few myself; made some brilliant friends and met up with some of them at some wonderful weekends; had some extremely interesting discussions and discovered the existence of all sorts of bizarre kinks (Denial has been an education in itself *g*); discovered new fandoms; sympathised with the bereaved; sought advice; celebrated friends' achievements; waved virtual pom-poms to cheer on fellow writers and had lots of people cheerleading my own efforts; squeeed and perved and laughed together with you.

The best part of LJ is the friends I've made. You've helped me through some tough times, and contributed to some of the most fun times I've ever had. I know that if I ever need to talk, some of you are only a keyboard's distance away.

Whether I've met you in person or not, whether I chat to you frequently or once in a blue moon,
