2) What kind of underwear are you wearing, and what color are they?
That's kind of a kinky question, innit? *Looks suspicious* Well if you must know, white lace bra and black cotton M&S bikini type briefs.
3) What song do you want played at your funeral?
'Gone' by U2. "I'll be up with the sun, I'm not coming down ..."
4) What is the number of your sluttiest friend so that some of your single friends can get some action?
Most of my friends are far too middle-aged to be slutty any more! And the ones that aren't - well, I doubt they'd appreciate the advertisement ;)
5) What would your last meal be before being executed?
Chocolate truffle cake with a file in it so I could saw my way thru the bars.
6) Beatles or Stones?
Hmmmmm *ponders*. Can't decide. Don't really listen to either all that much.
7) If you had to pick one person on earth to die, who would it be?
Oooh, so many to choose from ... too big a responsibility, I don't have enough info to decide who deserves it most. Ask God.
8) The person whose problems you wouldn't want to hear?
I'm usually a fairly good listener, but I would find it painful to have to hear someone who was in really dire straits with no likelihood of a good outcome. But if it would help them to talk about it I would listen.
9) What is the thing most important to you about the preferred sex?
Kind, gentle personality. And of course there's always my forearm fetish (right Mrs Mac?)
10) Do you secretly hate some of your friends but are too nice to reject them?
I like some more than others but I don't hate any of them.
11) If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
Telepathy would be way too painful - I might find out what people REALLY think of me! Hmmm - invisibility?
12)Favourite hangover cure?
Flat Irn-Bru and an ice-lolly.
13) How many drinks does it take to get you drunk?
Ooh gosh, I'm pretty out of practice these days - I have no idea.I suppose it depends on what I'm drinking. I can't even remember the last time I got drunk (and no it wasn't because I got too blotto to have any recollection of events!)

I have to admit to never having heard of them.
15) Hair colour you most like someone you're dating to have?
Doesn't really matter, but I think dark hair looks nice. My husband's hair is dark (what's left of it, lol). Then again, there's a certain beanie-wearing guitarist with hardly any hair who is the sexiest being on this planet, so I'll have to say that hair colour is optional.
16) If you had to be blind or deaf, which would you choose?
Not too keen on either of them. I love music and my dancing, so that would be hard. But I love reading even more, so it would kill me not to be able to read whichever book I wanted. Evelyn Glennie manages to be a world-renowned percussionist despite being profoundly deaf, so I might be able to work out something with the dancing after all if I could still feel the vibrations of the rhythms ... so, deafness it would have to be.
(And I could still drool over piccies of Edge even if I couldn't hear him!)
17) Do you have any psychiatric problems?
Nope, just the usual occasional struggle with life's problems that everyone has.
18) Siblings that should go to rehab?
I used to fight with my little brother non-stop when we were little, but now that he's grown up and lives 250 miles away I get on with him reasonably well :)
19) Least favourite month?
November. All the hassle of getting ready for Christmas looming up at you and none of the good bits.
20) Favourite hateful thing to do to somebody?
Don't do hateful stuff - I'd feel too guilty.
21) First movie you remember seeing as a kid?
Apparently Mum took me to see the Sound of Music when I was 3, and I enjoyed it - but the first one I have any recollection of was one of the Disney ones. I think it was Sleeping Beauty, I vaguely recall the thorns around the scary castle.
22) Favourite person in the whole world?
Do I have to pick just one? Husband/kids/my Mum/my twin Owl :)
23) When's the last time you went on a date?
Well my husband took me out for dinner on my birthday in May, if that counts.
24) Do you like violent movies or dirty movies?
Don't like porn, altho I'm not averse to the odd sex scene. Violent? Depends on the movie. I enjoyed The Matrix, which was full of stylised violence, and I liked the battle scenes in the LOTR films, but I'd hate to see a scene of someone being tortured - that's too close to reality for me. I'd have to plump for sex :)
25) Autumn or spring?
Spring. My birthday's in spring - love to see all the new green growth.
26) Person you most wish you hadn't made out with?
*Coughs* How do you define 'made out'? Umm lessee .... just about anyone before my husband, actually!
27) If you are straight, what person of the same sex would you do it with?
Eep! *thinks*. Hmmm. Well Sue Perkins the comedienne (of Mel and Sue) is pretty sexy in a boyish sort of way. And she makes me laugh, which is an essential prerequisite.
28) Where do you want to live when you are old and brittle?
I shall live with my daughters and be eccentric and demanding. And wear purple. Location? Dunno - I like Northumberland where I live now but I might want to go back to my roots and live in the north-east of Scotland to have that familiar comforting accent around me.

30) If you could date any celebrity, past or present, time and age are not a factor...

I don't pretend to read books. I have started some that I never got around to finishing ('Villette' by one of the Bronte sisters was one that I started loads of times but kept losing the will to live a third of the way through.) I've usually read widely enough that I don't feel the need to claim knowledge of something I haven't read. God I sound pretentious.
